- One dog (max 25 lbs) allowed per household, cats not allowed
- $300 deposit + $20/month pet rent
- Qualified service/companion animals permitted under ADA & Fair Housing laws

Utilities:
One-Bedroom Pays $30 Water & Sewer + $20 Garbage
Two-Bedroom Pays $35 Water & Sewer + $20 Garbage

Electricity:
Residents are required to establish and maintain their own individual electric service account with PGE.
