This unit, located downstairs, is part of an 8 unit complex with 4 units up and 4 units down. The kitchen has beautiful oak cabinets and the unit has been well cared for. Gas heat will save you more. Onsite laundry included in the cost of rent for your convenience. (Save on the laundry mat or coin ops). And, we are pet friendly...your approved well-behaved furry friend is welcome if you are a responsible pet owner.

Application fee is $35 and is refunded if I do not do a background check and you respond to our emails (ie if others have applied first). Screening criteria is on website but basically we look at credit, income, criminal, residiential history, debt load, references, etc. We normally require 3X'the income or $2415/mn in income to qualify. We look at each application individually. Deposits required may increase if we accept a tenant conditionally due to increased risk factors.
