TERMS: One Year Lease.

SCREENING: Credit and criminal background check mandatory. We consider income (3X rent in income ($2925/mn)), satisfactory background check (criminal, media, character, rental, debt ratio, credit score, etc). Must provide photo ID, proof of income, valid social security card and other supporting documentation of ability to pay rent and/or manage debt, including bank stattements. Applications are considered in the order they are received, with complete applications recieving priority.

DEPOSIT: $1950 if fully qualified, otherwise more due to increased risk. We do NOT take payments. However, we do allow co-signers so inquire if you think you will need this.

PAYING RENT: Rent is pro-rated first month. MUST have a bank account.
