*Applicant Qualifications:
-Verifiable monthly income of at least 3X the rent. Unverifiable income will not be considered.
-A credit score of 650+ is preferred, but we might consider credit scores of 600+. Credit scores of under 600 MIGHT (no guarantees) be considered with a co-signer and/or with an increased security deposit, or final months' rent upfront.
-Nothing in collections/past due is preferred, but might be considered depending on the types of accounts and the amount unpaid/outstanding.
-If a co-signer is applying, they MUST have a fully clean credit history and a score of at least 700.
-No prior evictions.
-No criminal record is preferred, but depending on the offense might be considered.
-Section 8 Vouchers are accepted. Applicants must complete the application process including a landlord reference and must show proof of a current voucher with at least 2 bedrooms. The pricing will reflect current Section 8 standards, even if that does not match our advertised market rent price listed.


-We run a credit, criminal, and eviction check for each applicant or co-applicant (anyone 18+ planning to live at the property must submit an application)
-The application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, so please call or email BEFORE applying.
