All Applicants 18 years and older must fill out their portion of one application and pass the credit check with good credit, a minimum of 600 as well as pass a criminal background check, no bankruptcy, no evictions.

Requirements due Prior to Occupation:
All monies (1st, and Security) are to be in Certified Funds and are due prior to occupation.
Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
Renters insurance, no less than $300,000 in Liability. Approx. $200 per year.
