Situated at 1310 Wallace Street, you will discover an upper unit featuring three bedrooms. This unit includes a stove and refrigerator. Monthly rent is set at $800 tenant is responsible for gas and electric. Additionally, owner will cover $200 of the water, sewer, and trash quarterly bill. Anything past that point will be built back to the tenant.
