Located at 1704 chestnut unit number 2, you will find a upper 2 bedroom unit. This unit does include a bonus room. The bonus room can be used for anything other than a bedroom, such as game room, walk-in closet, storage. Anything but a bedroom. Monthly rent is set at $900, gas is included in that amount. Tenant will be responsible for electric. Owner will pay up to $200 towards the quarterly water, sewer,and trash bill anything past that point will be tenant responsibility.
