Located at 1803 Buffalo Road #2, this spacious upper four-bedroom unit comes with a bonus room, a large dining area, and a roomy living room. Monthly rent is $1100 plus gas and electric, and the owner will contribute $200 toward the quarterly water, sewer, and trash bill, with any amount over that being the tenant’s responsibility.
