Located at 515 East 5th, the downstairs unit is a three-bedroom space we're finishing up. The large items visible in the pictures, along with the refrigerator and stove, will be removed. This unit includes a living room, dining room, and three bedrooms. Monthly rent is set at $950 Plus gas and electric.

Owner will cover up to $200 for the quarterly water, sewer, and trash anything over that amount will be billed back to the tenant.

Pets allowed $250 non refundable fee then $50 per month per pet. With a 2 pet maximum. For upper units animals must be 25lbs or less.
We do require first and double security deposit.
