This unit does have a living room in a dining room in addition to the 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Monthly rent is set at $950 with tenant being responsible for gas and electric.

Pets allowed $250 non refundable fee then $50 per month per pet. With a 2 pet maximum. For upper units animals must be 25lbs or less.
We do require first and double security deposit.
