This second-floor 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment features exterior stairs leading to a private covered porch and includes off-street parking at the rear of the property. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, range/oven, and microwave, and the unit is heated by forced gas air (no central air conditioning). A coin-operated laundry room is available on-site for shared tenant use. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas, as well as shared lawn care and snow removal. Smoking is not permitted. Subsidized housing is not accepted.
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, with a maximum of two pets permitted. Breed restrictions apply. A non-refundable pet fee of $350–$500 and monthly pet rent of $50 per pet will be required.
