Each applicant over the age of 18 must fill out a rental application for approval and a $65 (nonrefundable) charge applies for each applicant for a credit/criminal/eviction check, income verification, and reference/referrals. Upon approval this property requires first month’s rent, $150 lease administrative fee, & one month security due.

Fees are to be made payable to DLP Kutztown (Money Order or Certified Funds Only). *Additional funds may be required depending upon the application(s) of the prospective tenant(s). This may include utilities/pet/parking/prorated fees and or last month’s rent. All applications need to be filled out online. NO shared applications.
