With an approved application, an in-person property tour will be scheduled prior to payment of the required security deposit. With payment of the security deposit, move in would need to occur within 30 days from the date the security deposit is paid.

How to Apply:
A completed application with application fee is required if you are interested in renting the property. The application is available on our website, www.mikemurphyrentals.com. The non-refundable application fee is $35 per person age 18 or older. You will need to provide proof of income for the most recent 30 days (if you are paid weekly, submit your last 4 paystubs; if you are paid bi-weekly, submit your last 2 paystubs). To meet income qualifications, applicants’ combined weekly gross income must be near or equal to the monthly rent. We do not consider unemployment compensation. The application process includes a credit check, background check, landlord reference, and income verification. Unpaid eviction(s) and/or landlord judgment(s) may disqualify the application. Lease terms are one year, unless otherwise noted.

Pets are considered at select homes and townhomes only. Pets are not permitted at apartments.
