Pet PolicyTenant is permitted to keep household pets on the premises, subject to the following conditions:Allowed Pets: Cats, dogs, and other common household pets (e.g., birds, fish, hamsters, rabbits, etc.) are permitted. All pets must be domesticated, non-aggressive, and suitable for apartment living.Pet Information: All pets must be disclosed to and approved by the Landlord. Tenant must provide details for each pet, including type, breed, age, and weight.Pet Fee: IncludedVaccinations and Licensing: All pets must be properly vaccinated and licensed in accordance with local laws. Proof of vaccination and licensing must be provided upon request.Care and Control:Pets must be kept under control at all times.Dogs must be leashed when outside the unit.Tenants are responsible for promptly cleaning up pet waste both inside and outside the unit.Excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or damage caused by pets may result in revocation of pet privileges.Liability: Tenant assumes full responsibility and liability for any damage or injury caused by their pets. Tenant agrees to hold Landlord harmless for any claims related to pet actions.Prohibited Breeds: Landlord reserves the right to restrict certain dog breeds commonly excluded from rental insurance policies (e.g., Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, etc.) if applicable.Number of Pets: A maximum of  2 is allowed unless otherwise approved in writing by Landlord.Violation of this pet policy may result in removal of the pet(s) and/or termination of the lease agreement.
