<p><strong>Pet Policy</strong></p><p>Tenant is permitted to keep household pets on the premises, subject to the following conditions:</p><ol><li><strong>Allowed Pets</strong>: Cats, dogs, and other common household pets (e.g., birds, fish, hamsters, rabbits, etc.) are permitted. All pets must be domesticated, non-aggressive, and suitable for apartment living.</li><li><strong>Pet Information</strong>: All pets must be disclosed to and approved by the Landlord. Tenant must provide details for each pet, including type, breed, age, and weight.</li><li><strong>Pet Fee</strong>: Included</li><li><strong>Vaccinations and Licensing</strong>: All pets must be properly vaccinated and licensed in accordance with local laws. Proof of vaccination and licensing must be provided upon request.</li><li><strong>Care and Control</strong>:<ul><li>Pets must be kept under control at all times.</li><li>Dogs must be leashed when outside the unit.</li><li>Tenants are responsible for promptly cleaning up pet waste both inside and outside the unit.</li><li>Excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or damage caused by pets may result in revocation of pet privileges.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Liability</strong>: Tenant assumes full responsibility and liability for any damage or injury caused by their pets. Tenant agrees to hold Landlord harmless for any claims related to pet actions.</li><li><strong>Prohibited Breeds</strong>: Landlord reserves the right to restrict certain dog breeds commonly excluded from rental insurance policies (e.g., Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, etc.) if applicable.</li><li><strong>Number of Pets</strong>: A maximum of &nbsp;2 is allowed unless otherwise approved in writing by Landlord.</li></ol><p>Violation of this pet policy may result in removal of the pet(s) and/or termination of the lease agreement.</p>
