Electric baseboard heating allows you to control the temperature of your apartment at all times. The building features app-operated laundry facilities on-site.

Located on the corner of 41st and Baltimore, the building is just two blocks from Penn’s Veterinary School and a quick stroll to University of Pennsylvania's campus. The 34 Trolley runs down Baltimore Avenue and is just a ten minute ride into Center City.

Plenty of shopping is located around the corner. Acme, CVS Pharmacy, and Cinemark Movie Theater are located within five minutes of the apartment. A weekly farmer’s market is held every Saturday at nearby Clark Park where you can purchase local produce, baked goods, and flowers throughout the year. Baltimore Avenue also features a variety of restaurants, salons, and local businesses including Mariposa Food Co-op, Dock Street Brewery, Vientiane Café, Talking Heads Hair Salon and Firehouse Bicycles.

Throughout the year, enjoy the wide variety of community events offered to you in University City, including the Baltimore Avenue Dollar Stroll, University City Dining Days, craft shows and flea markets, Shakespeare (and movies!) in Clark Park, and free outdoor concerts at 40th Street.
