Additional amenities include laminate wood flooring throughout, ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, 3 window AC units provided, access to attic for extra storage etc.

The bedroom on the north end (facing the street) is much larger than the south end (facing the backyard). Ideal for a couple, a professional working from home a lot (current tenant works remotely and uses the smaller bedroom as office), or two roommates to share with good privacy.

Well-trained pets (e.g. cats) are welcome. But no loud/big dogs please.

Monthly rent is $1,645 including heat, cooking gas, hot/cold water, high speed Wi-Fi (over Verizon Gigabit Fios), AND laundry privilege (HE laundry set located on the first floor). Tenant pays electricity only. Rent will be reduced by $50 for months of December, January and February to help with boosting heating.
