* Water and sewage services will remain in the landlord's name and will be allocated to you based on a Ratio Utility Billing System.

For pets:

* There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 and a monthly pet rent of $25 with a maximum of two pets.

Allegheny City Realty's rental policy includes:
* No rent increase (0%) in the second year if you choose to renew your lease.
* If you renew for a third year, the rent increase will not exceed 4%.
