This lease will be March 1st (flexible) until July 26th 2026. With option then to renew for another year after July. This apartment is newly vacant because tenant moved for work. We are looking for someone to finish their lease with option to decide later if you want to stay for another 12month term. You would have a new lease made, not sublet or tied to current tenant.

It is a perfect Shadyside location, close to CMU, all buses (bus/shuttle stops in front of building) and is within walking distance to Walnut Street or S. Highland Avenue (shopping in Shadyside), Bakery Square, Google, as well as Forbes Avenue (shopping in Squirrel Hill). It is a great building, nice and quiet, mostly working professionals, graduate/doctoral/med school/law school students, and you can’t beat the location!

This apartment is on a raised first floor. From the front door you walk up a half flight of stairs. It has an open living room / dining room combination, with ample space for dining table next to the service only kitchen. The kitchen features a lot of cabinets, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a pantry for added storage.

The living room and smaller bedroom are white tile and the master bedroom has beige carpeting. The photos of the bedrooms are from another unit in the building with different flooring, but they are the same size. The living room/kitchen/bathroom photos are of the exact unit (#A1)

Each apartment contains two bedrooms: a large master bedroom with a walk-in closet. There is a smaller second bedroom, which most people use as an office or den. The second bedroom is smaller but does fit a double bed, night stand and chest or set of drawers and has its own closet.
