This one bedroom/one bath apartment includes a private porch accessible directly from the bedroom. One off-street parking spot is available for an additional fee of $25 per month. ***Please note that laundry facilities are not provided in the building or the unit.***

Utilities and Responsibilities:
Tenants are responsible for all gas, electric, and water utilities.

Pet Policy:
Dogs are not permitted in the unit. Cats are welcome with a monthly pet rent of $25 and a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250, which is due at move-in.

Lease Renewal Policy:
We offer a 0% rent increase if you choose to renew the lease for a second year. For a third-year renewal, the rent increase will not exceed 4%.

Application Requirements:
The application process requires a background and credit check. A credit score of 650 or above is generally required; however, scores below 650 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Applications that include prior evictions, felonies, or accounts in collections will not be approved.
