- preferred applicant will work at existing job for a minimum of one year;
- application process will include a criminal/employment/credit history;

-lreferences from current employer and current Landlord would be a PLUS
- applicant needs to make three (3) times the rent per month to qualify.

- to move in applicant will be required to provide security deposit ; two months rent plus the first month - cashier check.
