This beautifully appointed three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home offers three levels of thoughtfully designed living space, perfect for relaxing after exploring the charm and culture of the Holy City.

Step inside and head up one flight of stairs to the main living level, where natural light floods the open-concept layout. The cozy living room features a plush sectional sofa and smart TV, ideal for movie nights or a quiet evening in. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home and features stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with seating for two, and a quaint dining table for meals or morning coffee. A half bath adds extra convenience, and a small balcony offers fresh air and a view of the quiet court below.

The second floor features two stylish guest bedrooms, each with queen beds, TVs, and closets. One bedroom also includes a desk and access to a private balcony—perfect for remote work or a morning read. These rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a modern vanity. You’ll also find a large laundry closet with a washer and dryer on this level.

At the very top is the serene master suite, a private sanctuary with a king-size bed, smart TV, and direct access to another balcony. The en suite bathroom is spacious and elegant, offering a double vanity, a walk-in tile shower, and a generous walk-in closet.

- Pets can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee.
- In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $400 upon signing the lease agreement.
- Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.
