The two secondary bedrooms both have queen beds and large closets. The second floor bathroom has a full shower and tub as well.

The kitchen and living room are located on the first floor, and are surrounded by windows, bringing in lots of natural light. The Living room is the perfect place to sit and relax while watching the smart TV, hung above a fun yellow fireplace! The kitchen features plenty of cabinet space, stainless steel appliances and a cute breakfast nook!

Two off street parking spaces are included with this rental.
Pets can be negotiated with a non-refundable $250/per pet fee.

In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $425 upon signing the lease agreement.
