The m/bedroom is 10x15 w dbl closet and bed 2 is 11x12 w single closet. All floors are LVP, no carpet. Washer/dryer available in unit but not warranted by owner. The back porch view is all woods. Parking is off-street. The utilities are w Duke Energy and water is SJWD. We’re unsure of cable at this time. If it’s important, please call. Lawn is being maintained by Ervin Lawn Services. Tenants are responsible for their utilities, phone, cable, etc. We are checking to see if trash is available for the tenant. The schools are Duncan Elementary, Beech Springs Intermediate and James R Byrnes High.
