Park Circle is centrally located for exploring Charleston:
• 12 min to Charleston International Airport
• 15–20 min to Downtown Charleston
• 25–30 min to nearby beaches

(Drive times vary with traffic, especially during peak season!)

Pull up to a beautiful live oak in the front yard, then unwind beneath towering oaks and a jasmine-lined fence that frame the backyard—perfect for outdoor dining or a quiet morning coffee.

Feel free to pick from our loquats, tangerines, and Meyer lemons when in season (if they’re not ripe, please leave them for the next guests!).

The home offers a calm, comfortable place to settle in after a day exploring Charleston.

Inside, you’ll find peaceful bedrooms designed for rest and a fully updated bathroom with modern finishes. The space is thoughtfully set up for short or longer stays, with everything you need for a relaxed, easy visit.

The property is a 5–15 minute walk to Park Circle restaurants (Jackrabbit Filly!), bars, shopping, breweries (Holy City!), distilleries (Firefly!), and coffee shops (Prophet!) along Spruill Avenue and East Montague Avenue.

Also, a full laundry station is located in a private utility room just outside the back entrance.

While there’s no basic cable, the living room and each bedroom feature smart TVs where you can log in to your streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, etc.) using your own accounts.

The Park Circle neighborhood has trains that pass through. We hear it in the distance, but it has never bothered us!
