This apartment is is a wonderful location. There is off street parking across the street in a public parking lot as well as next to the apartment building.

Apartment 1 is about a half story upstairs. There are 4 spacious bedrooms. None of the bedrooms have closets, but have closet type metal racks in each bedroom. The kitchen, living room, and dining room is a large open space. The bathroom is two rooms, one with the washer, dryer and a large vanity, then a room with the shower and toilet.

Bedroom sizes are approximately 11X10, 11.5X10, 21X7, and 12.5X12

Landlord pays all utilities. Landlord does snow removal and lawn care.

Pets are allowed with a $750 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly.

Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.

All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card.

Our Renting Process:

3. You can ask any questions, and set up a time to view.
4. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee.
5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied)
6. Sign a Lease
7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours
8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
