413 N Iowa is a large 2-bedroom house. When you walk in the front door you enter the living room. Off the living room is a large full bathroom with laundry. Next is the large kitchen with a lot of cabinet space. The kitchen leads to a large dining room. The dining room is larger than the living room, so if you have a big couch this space might make more sense as your living room and vise versa. Both bedrooms are upstairs, they are a good size with nice sized closets. There is also a full bathroom upstairs.

The backyard is very large.

There is a driveway on the south side of the property.

Tenant pays all utilities.

Pet deposit is $750 with $25 pet rent per animal

Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.

8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
