Right away when you come in the front door there is a entry way with some coat hooks on the wall. Right off the entry way, is a small half bathroom. The living room is large, making an L shape. The doors for the main floor bathroom, 2 bedrooms are all located in the living room. This house has a walk- through kitchen with lots of cabinets, but not very much counter space. The kitchen has enough room for a narrow table if you desire to have a table in the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a cute sun porch and the stairs to the basement, where the laundry area is. The basement is a typical mid-western basement, nothing to write home to mom about, but it will work for storage and a laundry area. The basement is not considered unfinished and will not be finished at any point.

This house sits on two lots. It has a detached garage with an opener and a 3 season porch on the back portion of it.

This house has central AC, washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator included. We brought in underground electrical, put in a new 200 amp electrical panel and added multiple new outlets.

Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent.

Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.

All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card.

Our Renting Process:

2. One of our representatives will reach out to you.
3. You can ask any questions, and set up a time to view.
4. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee.
5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied)
6. Sign a Lease
7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours
8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
