502 E 3rd is a large 6 bedroom house with 1.75 bathrooms (one full bath with tub/shower, one .75 bath with just a standing shower).

First when you enter the house there is a large nonheated porch. This would be great for shoes and coats. During the summer it would be a great place for plants if you are plant lover like me. Next is the dining room, but if you wanted to use this space as a living room there is plenty of room in the kitchen for a table. Next is the living room which is a nice large room. There is the first bedroom of the dining room. It has wood floors and a good sized closet. Next is the kitchen, it has a retro feel is and a large room. Off the kitchen is the main floor bathroom. The laundry room is also of the main floor bathroom. The back bedroom is large, and is the only bedroom with carpet.

Upstairs there are 4 bedroom, a bonus room you walk through to get to one of the bedrooms, and the bathroom. The upstairs bathroom has a linen cabinet and a standing shower.

This house has central AC.

The tenant is responsible for all utilities. (water, sewer, garage, gas and electric)

Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.

7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours
8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
