2 bedroom apartment on the second floor of this four unit apartment building. Really large living room but you have to walk through the smaller bedroom to get to the bathroom. Lots of closets and cupboards. Large yard. Sadly the carpet in the living room being white is a bit stained. The carpet has been cleaned, but sometime stains are just impossible to get out.

This building does NOT have a washer and dryer in it at all. You will need to go to a laundry mat for your clothing washing needs. There is a laundry mat at 9th and main, so it is 10 blocks away.

Landlord pays water, sewer, and garbage. Tenant pays electric.

Pet deposit of $500 plus $25 per animal added to the monthly rent.

Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.

All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card.

4. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee.
5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied)
6. Sign a Lease
7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours
8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
