Incomplete applications and/or those with unverifiable information may be placed on hold until all information has been provided or verified and another application will be processed without notice.
If approved, a lease will be sent to you via email for e-signature. You must sign the lease the same day it is sent to you and pay the security deposit, first month’s rent and processing fee or we will proceed to the next applicant without notice.
