There is an eat-in area, a pantry and utility closet that houses the washer and dryer connections. Located upstairs are the two bedrooms and full bathroom. The full bathroom has a storage closet, single sink vanity with an extended countertop and shower/tub combo. Tenant does not need to get the water turned on in their name - $55.00 water fee paid monthly to management.

Pet Policy: One pet over 50 lbs. or two pets up to 25 lbs. each are accepted with an approved pet screening, $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $25/monthly pet rent per pet. All pets MUST be approved by pet screening before they can be introduced to the property.
