$25 non-refundable application fee per adult, may be submitted online or in our Johnson City office. Approval based on acceptable credit, criminal, and eviction background checks, past rental history and references as well as a debt to income ratio of no more than 50%. (Your debt, including the rent amount, must be no more than 50% of your income)
