● 3 Month Lease: $200 increase on base rent
● 6 Month Lease: $100 increase on base rent
● 9 Month Lease: $65 increase on base rent

At Park Place West and South, you’ll be just a short drive from the charming Historic Downtown Maryville, Maryville College, and within walking distance to Denso Manufacturing. We’re happy to welcome your furry friends:

- One-time non-refundable fee of $395 for each pet, along with a monthly pet fee of $25 per pet.

Just a quick note on weight limits:
- First-floor units: up to 75 lbs.
- Second-floor units: up to 35 lbs.

Here's the process:
• Application Fee (Non-Refundable): $65 per adult – due immediately.

And after your approval:
• Move-In Fee (Non-Refundable): $495.00.
