• We also offer short-term leases (additional fees apply):
● 3-Month Lease: $200 increase on base rent
● 6-Month Lease: $100 increase on base rent
● 9-Month Lease: $65 increase on base rent

At Park Place West and South, you’ll find yourself just a short drive from Historic Downtown Maryville, Maryville College, and within walking distance to Denso Manufacturing, plus it’s a quick drive to Hunter’s Crossing and Foothills Mall. - There’s a one-time non-refundable fee of $395 for each pet, plus a monthly fee of $25 per pet.

~ Weight Limits:
First-floor units have a 75lbs weight limit.
Second-floor units have a 35lbs weight limit.
