Move-In Date Requirements
An apartment can be held for up to three weeks and not past the current month. Your desired move-in date must be within that timeframe from the date of application approval but the move in cannot be past the current month. If it is available the following month or if there is a different unit available the following month then we can move forward with deposit. In addition, a move in can be no later than the 29th of the current month for a 30-day month, and no later than the 30th for a 31-day month.

• 2.5x monthly net income
• Good, verifiable rental history
• No bankruptcies or evictions within the past 4 years
