A single pet per occupant may be possible but will have to meet my cat Haku first. He's a thirteen y/o tabby. He's very non-confrontational. If approved, pet has a 200.00 security deposit separate from standard security deposit.

Vehicle:
Street parking is abundant.
This is definitely an area where you will need a car but with a car, it is extremely convenient. When you exit 35 going north or south there are no traffic lights between you and the neighborhood.

Southpark Meadows is on the opposite side of the highway with Walmart, Target, Best buy, a movie theater, etc. Again no traffic lights to get to the other side of the expressway by car.

Beautiful nature trail with deer that I look forward to seeing on my daily walks.
