We will soon have an opening in the 2nd floor master bedroom, of our 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house. Currently it's all gentlemen here (20s and 30s), but open to other demographics. Also would consider a well behaved dog.
Location is amazing, so close to all of the bars and restaurants on Manor rd, and also walkable to Mueller, Bennu coffee shop, the MLK train station, etc.
Your bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished, and the rest of the house is obviously fully furnished. Shared use of the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, "library" nook, and huge covered patio with pingpong table. The large master bathroom has double vanities, garden tub, and separate shower, and is shared with one other guy. The bedroom is HUGE with plenty of space for a king bed, a desk, and even a sitting area. There are French doors opening onto the large 2nd floor balcony. Large walk-in closet as well.
Rent is $1200 /month plus $150 for your share of all the bills, including Google fiber WIFI, lawn care, and housekeeping once a month!
