I have 2 rooms available that can be rented together or separately. Both rooms share a bathroom (located in the hallway just outside the door). Super spacious backyard, well equipped kitchen and laundry room, and a tastefully furnished living and dining room with a bonus craft/sewing area open to use.

Home is near the Mueller area the lovely Dottie Jordan park, as well as close proximity to Busty’s, Silver Medal, Austin Creative Reuse, and much more! It’s also on the 337 Metro route and surrounded with safe biking and walking routes.

$975 each room for individual renters with $800 deposit. Utilities are separate: waste, gas, electric, and internet bring the total to $1,085/mo each.

$1,450 total for both rooms with a $1,000 deposit.

I have one cat (indoor/outdoor) who uses a cat door. I also have a 3-year-old child who will split time between mine and their dad’s homes.
