You'll share common areas (living room, kitchen, and outdoor areas) with one quiet female occupant (me, the homeowner). All expenses are covered (Housekeeping, landscaping, electric, internet, water, trash, sewer ect). I have a housekeeper who cleans all common areas plus your bathroom every 2 weeks. She can do your bedroom floors too if you wish. She's been with me for 5 years so I trust her completely.

I live in the back of the house off the kitchen, and you'll have your own semi-private space in the front. You enter the house without walking past my room. No shared walls between us, and you'll have a lot of privacy since I don't use that hallway. I'm an introverted accountant and pretty much keep to myself, but I'm friendly and open to all types of people. I have a sweet and gentle goldendoodle named Lucy who is great with kids!
