TCU housing at its best. There are 5 generous private bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a private coded door lock. The common floor features solid-surface flooring, a balcony, a large open living area with a flat-screen TV, a powder bath, and a kitchen that your parents will envy. There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 3 on the 3rd floor with a set of washers and dryers on each floor – so no schlepping up and down the stairs to do your laundry. Parking is private, well lit, fenced, off street, and onsite.

For individual bedroom leases, residents can be placed in shared units with other residents of the same gender to ensure consistent housing assignments.
