* Submit a copy of your Driver’s License/ID and Social Security Card
* Rent and deposit are equal amounts (e.g., $1,000 rent = $1,000 deposit)
* Both must be paid in full before move-in
* Deposit required to reserve property (we can only hold up to 14 days)
* Second month will be prorated if move-in is mid-month

Additional Policies:
* Credit issues are acceptable if you have no negative rental history
* Negative rental history (evictions/broken leases) may require:
* Double deposit or non-refundable high-risk fee
* All funds must be paid prior to move-in
* Criminal history is evaluated case-by-case
* Pets are case-by-case
* 25 lb. weight limit
* $250 non-refundable pet fee (if approved)
* No pets allowed in any multifamily property (e.g., duplexes or larger units)

Other Information:
* Applications are valid for 30 days and transferable to other listed properties on our website.
