• Application Process: We do not run credit or background checks; you do not need a Social Security Number! Each adult will need to complete their own application, provide the last two years of rental history, submit the last two month’s proof of income, and submit a copy of their ID (It doesn’t matter from which state or country the ID is from, or even if it’s expired). You can complete the application either before or after you see the home(s), but the sooner it’s in, the sooner we can start the review process. • Applicant Qualifications: Applicant must submit a fully-filled out application, provide a copy of their ID and proof of income, have no evictions in the past 2 years, and have combined income totaling more than twice the amount of rent.
