Lease Takeover Available!

The current tenant is unable to fulfill the remainder of their lease and is seeking someone to take over the lease term. The lease ends on 03/31/2027, with the option to renew at that time.

The current tenant plans to vacate and the home will be available on 08/01/2026.

Monthly rent is $914.95, which includes $19.95 per month for trash service.

A $650 security deposit has already been paid by the current tenant and will remain with the property. By taking over the lease, the incoming tenant agrees to accept the home and all lease terms as-is.

Please note that the property was made move-in ready prior to the original tenant’s lease start date. There will not be an additional make-ready completed between the original tenant and the lease takeover tenant. At move-out, the lease takeover tenant will be responsible for returning the home in the same condition it was provided to the original tenant. Any cleaning or damage charges will be deducted from the original $650 deposit. If charges exceed the deposit amount, the lease takeover tenant will be responsible for the remaining balance.
