1. Cleaner: remove roach trails at corners, trim, etc.
1. Jesse: measure kitchen for OSB
>> Eric will furnish OSB + tile/laminate/vinyl for kitchen
2. Jesse bid this list:
•lay OSB and flooring in kitchen > add thresholds at both edges > trim back door to fit new floor height
•patch holes, including bathroom ceiling, doorknob holes, swatch squares, flaking bathroom > caulk gaps at trim areas (example: ceiling trim from living-to-kitchen) > spot paint
•Cap off washer box, cover with panel, cover 220 with panel
•bedroom doorknob missing, front deadbolt difficult
•remove old land line that is in the front window
•replace broken pane west bedroom
•add smokes where missing (not the $30 ones)
•at least 2 globes needed (hall and front bdrm) - change fixture if cheaper
•secure any loose siding

9/16/25: walking the property after yesterday‘s trash out and then second treatment: I took inspection photos. Left a message with Eric that I need confirmation from him how much of this he wants me to do. – Claire Hart.
9/16/25: Tiffany confirmed today: Keith did second treatment yesterday (this one was spray) and will return 9/25 for one more treatment. I will finish out inspection and assign remainder of make ready today. ~ claire.
9/15/25: Trash out was today. Crew saw some remaining stragglers.
9/4/25: Keith treated #A with 10-day powder ~ Claire.
9/4/25: Tiffany says Keith will treat #A tonight with 10-day powder; I'll remove CB tomorrow for the 10 days. Tiffany has Coleen Johnson's number to coordinate treating #B. This will possibly be done today as well. ~ Claire
