This property is pet friendly. Pet requirements are as follows:

• Pet maximum: 2
• Dogs, cats, birds only.
• All dogs must be 35 lbs and under.
• Owners must provide updated/most recent vet shot records.
• Dogs breed must be approved by property management, non aggressive breeds only.
• There is a one time $300 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet (again max 2 pets per household)
