Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. First month's rent and any applicable pet fees are due upon move-in. All residents must have a combined household income of at least three times the monthly rent. Each applicant is subject to a $55 application fee, which covers a background check including credit, criminal, and eviction history.

All Milestone Premier Properties residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) at $12.95/month, which includes liability insurance and several additional benefits. More details will be provided during the application process.
