- $25 monthly pet rent per pet
- 2 pets max per unit.

Qualifications to meet:
1- No felonies or evictions.
2- Cannot owe a previous landlord
3- Must have at least a 9 month job history with verifiable income
4- Must make 2.5 X rent amount ($2625 or higher to qualify)
