**Lease Take Over! Current tenant is not able to fulfill the terms of the lease and is looking for someone to take it over. The lease ends on 05/31/2027 (you will have the option to renew). LEASE TAKE OVERS TO START ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH, NO EXCEPTIONS. Tenant is prepared to move as soon as a take over tenant needs. Rent is $785 including the base rent of $695, the $50.00 monthly utility reimbursement fee for water/sewer, $25 pet rent of the current tenants and $15 for insurance.
