Pet Policy:
1. Breed and Weight Restrictions Apply (under 35lbs, non-aggressive breeds only).
2. ZERO pet deposit (Monthly pet rent of $25 per pet still apply).
3. Must provide pet shot records for each pet at moment of applying.
4. 2 pet limit per unit.
5. a $150 Non refundable pet fee (per pet) due at time of approval.

Fees:
* A $40 non-refundable application fee will be due upon applying (per application over the age of 18)
* A $75 non-refundable admin fee will be due upon applying (this is a one time fee)
