RECENTLY FULLY REMODELED UNIT!!! We take great pride in our rental properties at 275 South Main Street (Alpine, Ut) and hope that you will enjoy your stay. The below information is a description of the property, rental cost and the application process. If interested please email me and I can email you the application form and see if I can answer any questions. All applications can be emailed back and we can go from there on setting up times to view the unit. Please don’t disturb other tenant; viewing of unit must be scheduled.  Unit is available April 1st for move-in and will be offer to first qualified applicant who can meet the move-in date.

RENTAL COSTS:

•             Unit rent is $1300 (Best value in area), plus utilities (trash, water, sewer - typically around $100) 

•             Security deposit is $1300 ($600 to reserve property and balance due at move in)

•             A yearly contract is required

•             All utilities by tenant & city utilities (trash, water & sewer - Roughly $100 per month)

APPLICATION PROCESS:

•             Read leasing policy (Will be emailed) -(Note the background and credit check will not be required at this time unless you are selected and may ultimately be waived)

•             Fill out rental application by requesting application at [email protected].  Fill out application and send back

•             Unit will not be held in reserve until application is completed, contract signed and $600 of the security deposit is obtained.
